There’s one thing that gets my attention more than a pretty screen, and it’s two pretty screens. I mean, look at that thing! The color touchscreen on the bottom is a coverflow-style navigation dealy.

You get the Barnes & Noble ebook store, which is apparently pretty big. You get to load your own epub and PDF books. You get to share books with other Nook owners for up to 2 weeks. You get to be the last person reading in America.

I think I want an e-reader, but the arms race makes it hard to pick one. This is the current front-runner for me, but Sony’s Xmas entry will give you access to library books and the Google book archive.

Of course the holidays approach, and anyone could cure my paralysis by just gifting me one.
