I am not sure how this movie ended up so awful. The character is an evergreen, and the cast and crew for this movie seemed quite promising.

Sadly, except for a few uncharacteristic moments of action the movie is insanely boring. There is almost no reason to watch, as it doesn’t even qualify for so-bad-it’s-a-little-good. Somehow even Rick Baker turned in sub-par work here – Anthony Hopkins metamorphoses into the silliest looking werewolf on record. There is a sub-Twilight romance, a ludicrous father-son angle, and several characters so thinly drawn that you won’t be able to care about them even after they’ve been eviscerated.

Don’t waste your time.
